Coastal Island Treasures uses the United States Post Office for all shipping requirements. At the present time we ship only within the USA. and customers in NY will be subject to 8.75% sales tax.

     Shipping and handling costs are calculated by weight and are fixed at the prices listed below. If Parcel Post is desired please contact us and we will quote you a rate. We feel that Priority mail is the best choice for quick shipping and good value  : The Rates for Priority mail are as follows 

   0lb to 1lb: $3.85

   1.1lb to 2lbs: $5.75

   2.1lbs to 3lbs: $8.55

   3.1lbs to 4lbs: $10.35

   4.1lbs to 5lbs: $12.15

   5.1lbs to 6lbs: $12.30

   6.1lbs to 7lbs: $14.05

   7.1lbs to 8lbs: $15.75

   8.1lbs to 9lbs: $17.50

   9.1lbs to 10lbs: $19.20

   10.1lbs to 15lbs: $24.95

   15.1lbs to 20lbs: $36.40 

    We use Package In-Transit Coverage or Stamps.Com for insurance when requested for an extra $1.50 per $100.00 of insurance requested, please specify via e-mail or phone when order is placed if required. (ex.$0.00 to $100.00 of insurance, add $1.50, $100.00 to $200.00 of insurance, add $3.00 etc.) 

   Items that are not shipped from our inventory will always be listed as "SHIPPED FROM MANUFACTURER" in the item's description and may require extra shipping time and cost based upon your location. Please call or e-mail in advance for details.    

     Coastal Island Treasures ships items Thursday and Friday of each week, so generally, orders placed towards the end of the week will be processed and shipped the following week. If you have special requirements, let us know what they are and we will work to the best of our capabilities to accommodate your needs.
